Description:
liquid silicone rubber as a two-component heating vulcanization silicone rubber, part A and part B, the mixing ratio by weight or volume is 1:1 or 10:1, belongs platinum cure liquid silicone rubber, mainly be suitable for brushable,cloth coating, screen printing, hot pressing, embossing cloth, tradmarks etc high quality productthrough the ROHS, SGS, LFGB testing, can cure at room temperature or fast cure 15-30sec when heating reach 120-180 Celsius, cured silicone have excellent tear and tensile strength and keep flexible.

Condition of cure

silicone can cure at room temperature, but fast cure when you heating temperature, like 15-30s cure when heating to 120-150 centigrade

 NOTE : All above silicone color, mix ratio, cured hardness, work time, cure time, packaging size etc all can customize according your requests.


 

Characteristics:

3.Good elasticity, tear strength, tensile strength, make your products not only beautiful, but also can make the intricate product, cured silicone can bear extreme temperature -60-350 Celsius all no problem, and can still keep flexible, not brittle, and perfect simulation effects.
4.vulcanized at room temperature, easy operation



Instruction:
As no two applications are quite the same, a small test application to determine if performance of this material suitability for your project is recommended.
1. get part A and part B by weight 9: 1 or 1: 1 mixing evenly (use of electronic scale more accurate)
2. then place the stired silicone into vacuum machine, the vacuum exhaust the bubbles of silicone till no bubbles can stop need about 5 mins.
3. Place the cloth on the male mold and apply the silicone to the cloth evenly (the thickness according products requirements) and then cover the other layer cloth on it, last press the female mold and heating
4. after finished all above steps, the silicone rubber can cure about 2-24hrs at room temperature; heating 180 degrees, can be fully cured within 15-30sec.
5. Tips: This product will not cure against surfaces containing sulfur, tin, even when sealed.If you are not sure if your clay contains sulfur, do a small compatibility test before using for an important project.



Shelf life
Under the room temperature is 25-30 centigrade, 12 months
Packing specification: this product is made from steel drum/plastic barrels packaging, specification is 5 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg and 200 kg



Storage and transportation
should be kept sealed in ventilation, cool, dry place, away from the children's place, prevent sun direct illuminate, belongs no dangerous goods of transportation.
